Cancellations made by January 24, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. will be assessed an administrative fee of $25. The remainder of your registration fee will be refunded to your credit card.

Cancellations received beginning January 25, 2025, are not eligible for a refund but you may choose to send someone else from your organization in your place for no additional charge.

You must notify us of this change via email to barbdunham@travelsouthernORcoast.com by February 19, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. to make this substitution.
