Annual Bay Area Fun Festival

The Bay Area Fun Festival is happening Saturday and Sunday, September 19 and 20. Saturday’s events run from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. As summer winds down, the South Coast turns up the fun. The Bay Area Fun Festival, also known as the greatest last party of the summer, takes over Coos Bay and beyond every third weekend in September. Thousands of locals and visitors gather to enjoy the sights, sounds, and flavors of downtown Coos Bay. From live music and the lively BAFF parade to the famous Cruz the Coos with nearly 500 vintage cars, and the spirited Prefontaine Memorial Run—there’s something for everyone.
