South Jetty Cottage

This rustic, cedar shake cottage and flower garden are located on the Redmon Pond estuary and is nestled two blocks from the beach on the South Jetty of the Coquille River, in Bandon, Oregon. Ideal for a quiet couples getaway or a solo artist/writer’s/birdwatcher’s retreat, this unique, one-bedroom beach cottage was custom-built by hand in the 1950s with wood that washed up on nearby Black Rock Beach. When the property isn’t rented it is home to an artist residency program.
