Wilderness Canyon Adventures specializes in intimate guided trips down the Wild and Scenic Chetco River in Oregon’s remote southwestern mountains. The Chetco is a 55-mile stream of gin-clear water that starts in the heart of the Kalmiopsis Wilderness and flows through some of the most beautiful country in the United States before entering the wild Pacific Ocean. Established in 1996, WCA offers a range of trips for every type of paddler, from 1-3 day excursions to custom outings. Snorkel in boulder-ringed pools teeming with crawdads and fish, eat fresh meals on untouched sandbars and enjoy the 70-degree water as you navigate the Class I-IV rapids with the help of seasoned guides. WCA also offers coastal kayak trips as well. This is Oregon the way it’s meant to be seen.
