Clausen Oysters is the largest oyster farm in Oregon – 600 acres in Coos Bay where they are harvested year-round. The restaurant and deli, with a menu designed by award-winning chef Paddy Glennon, offers sumptuous dishes like their famous oyster chowder. Sample craft beers and select wines.
