Sunset Bay State Park Guest Speaker Series Featuring Marty Giles

Join local nature guide Marty Giles on Sunday, August 2nd, at 6:30 p.m. at Sunset Bay State Park for a guided nature walk on the beach. Meet at the South Sunset Amphitheater (behind the gazebo, just past the new bridge). This Bay Beach Walk is an easy, short (about a quarter-mile) interpretive walk along the Sunset Bay beach that will last 1 to 1.5 hours. Participants will learn about the dynamic processes of our remarkable shores and discover the fascinating stories hidden in the environment. Please wear sturdy shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and enjoy this evening program on the beach.
